Burgener’s Woodworking has kept pace with current manufacturing

Burgener’s Woodworking to keep pace with modern production and
stringent meet custom fabrication requirements.
A computerized Beamsaw fulfills many of our
production needs. It is strong enough to handle
large production runs quickly, yet gentle
enough to cut delicate veneer stock cleanly.
 The Woodmaster CNC has standardized
many of our machining processes. With this standardization
we are able to achieve higher consistency
in our casework machining. This machine can cut, router & drill large & irregular
shapes, including accurate radius work for reception desks.
Both the Saw and the CNC can store programs that can be used to duplicate
patterns tomorrow or years later.
Construction Methods - A trademark of
Burgener’s casework is the blind
dado construction which yield the benefits of strong glue joints, even
with melamine and laminate materials. Cabinet
parts are located quickly & accurately
for assembly times superior to the weaker butt joinery. Our quality often
surpasses AWI Premium standards.
